Such an amazing story

For years, my great friend James- 28 years old, who everyone calls JD, suffered from alcoholism. Around a year and a half ago, it began getting really bad where he would be hitting Johnny Walker Black Label first thing in the morning and be puking an hour later. JD worked at the local Home Depot in the lighting section, he was a really smart guy and really knew his stuff. Me and our friends would keep telling "Dude, you gotta ease off the drinking or you're going to loose your job" and we would try to give him pamphlets on alcoholism, but he would always say "I know, I will" and of course never did.
On the way to work one day, JD was piss-drunk and drove through a red light at a four-way intersection. A car coming from his right hit the back-right side of his red pickup, causing him to spin and hit the guard rails. JD totaled his pickup, got fired from his job, and went to court having to pay a $200 fine for his DUI.
